What are Moving Blankets?
Moving blankets, which are very often called as moving Pads, furniture pads, movers blankets or even warehouse blankets, are very important in the cargo business. Moving blankets or moving pads are used to protect cargos, such as furnitures, from scratching, denting or breaking during the moving or storage.
There are three different categories of moving blankets. These are Skins, Economy, and Premium. The Skins are blankets that have no padding whatsoever. The Economy is the cheapest blanket that’s usually padded. Premium blankets are padded blanket with different type of outer fabric. The Premium category can consist of several types of blankets depending on weight of the blanket, outer fabric, size, and marketing preferences of the seller.
